I mentioned a new project in the works the other day, and wanted to post a quick update:
- Expected live/launch date is on or around October 2 (next Friday). Watch here for more details!
- I have had a few responses and all have been positive thus far. If you’re curious and want to see what is coming up let me know (based on this post and whether you are interested in potentially contributing, everyone else gets to know what’s coming soon enough!).
- A note on potential contributions: I’m looking for some type of commitment, but it doesn’t have to be huge. To give an idea, if you want to contribute once a week, once a month, once every quarter… pretty much any frequency is fine by me, I am just wanting to have more than just my works included. Even a guest contribution is fine!
I also want to steal the idea of a post from Syrana and ask these questions:
- What do you like/dislike about Casual WoW?
- What would like to see more/less of?
- Do you even still visit the site or do you just read through a RSS reader?
- What would make you even more interested in the site?
Time for me to get some more work done, but these particular questions I am extremely interested in hearing feedback on. Who knows, you might just be helping to shape quite an interesting path for Casual WoW… or maybe I’m delusional and that subscriber count is only from people who don’t actually visit/read any of my somewhat irregular postings!

I like the guild structure/management posts, editorial pieces, RP posts, and sleek layout. I don’t know if this really counts as a dislike exactly, but I’d like to see more posts!

More of what I like, listed above.

I usually visit to comment, or if I know you’ve made some updates to the layout.

More “Syrana is awesome” posts… oh wait, you have some of those

I get the e-mails, otherwise I’d forget to check. And since they have the whole post, I only go to the site to respond.

Actually I sometimes think it’d be more interesting if you focused more on the guild/game play stuff here and used a separate blog for the fanfic. It’s not that I don’t like it, it would just be easier to follow on another site. Hmm.. although I guess that doesn’t really answer the question at all.
